When I visited my doctor last week he told me that I must start monitoring my weight and my overall health much better. So I made a commitment. I bought a brand new Doctors Scale. Not one of those “bathroom scales” but an actual high quality scale like you see in the office. I check my weight once a day. I also developed an exorcise routine twice daily. Nothing too difficult, but a solid workout twice a day. My diet is now about 20 percent less fat than before. I cut out soft drinks and alcohol.

Already this week, I’ve lost 7 pounds and unofficially an inch off my waist. I feel much better and I love being able to step on the scale and actually feel confident the weight I see is accurate. In fact, when I received my scale, I even had it calibrated by my local scale company first to make sure it was accurate before using it.
